Position Overview
The Team Lead supports daily operations, coordinates team activities, and helps achieve safety, quality, service, and productivity goals. This role provides guidance, training, and performance support while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. The Team Lead partners with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily team workflows and staffing assignments.
- Monitor safety, quality, and productivity metrics.
- Provide coaching, training, and onboarding support.
- Communicate priorities, updates, and operational goals.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Support problem-solving and escalation resolution.
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
- Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, logistics, or a related environment.
- 1+ year of experience leading projects, processes, or team activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
- Authorization to work in the country of employment without current sponsorship requirements.
Preferred Requirements
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience using ERP, inventory, or production tracking systems.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement certification.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
