The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Consultant – Utilities & Capital Projects who can independently lead engagements, manage client relationships, and deliver high-impact solutions.
In this role, you’ll work directly with clients—primarily in the Energy & Utilities sector—to support capital portfolio and project management initiatives. You’ll lead teams, contribute to business development, and play a key role in driving client success from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, ensuring delivery excellence
- Build and manage relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Develop and present strategic recommendations and insights
- Oversee project teams and mentor junior consultants
- Oversee schedules, regulatory compliance, engineering standards, design, and risk management in a utility setting
- Track milestones and completion across projects
What You Bring
- Proven experience leading consulting engagements and managing teams
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build trust
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Proven project management experience and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
