We are currently seeking a Learning and Talent Coordinator in Chicago, IL. This role can require up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage employee Learning needs.
- Lead or facilitate Learning events on the project or program level. Assist in tracking and logging learnings, as necessary.
- Support the overall Learning environment within a project or program.
- Use Workday to utilize, analyze and share dashboards and standard Leaning reports with project or program leadership.
- Provide insights to corporate Career Development leadership around project or program teams and individual employees.
- Assess and support the completion of Employee Reviews assigned to individuals on the project or in the program.
- Guide the creation of Employee Goals and then track/support their progress through the year.
- Utilize Skill-Gap information to help with Learning needs assessments.
- Assist corporate Talent leadership with project or program Talent Review and Calibrations sessions for local leadership.
- Champion Workday Learning and Talent by being the point of contact for general navigation questions, and by teaching and managing data integrity to ensure career profiles and goals are updated for individuals assigned to your project or programs.
- Help corporate talent analysts in the monitoring of key workforce metrics (turnover, regrettable turnover, retention, internal mobility, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.).
- Partner with Career Development, HR leaders, and Business Partners to translate analytics into actionable strategies for talent attraction and retention.
- Support engagement initiatives which are initiated by Career Development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources related field or 3 Years of Operational Construction experience.
- General familiarity with Workday Learning and Talent functions.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP
- Strong communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to influence others.
- Strong analytical abilities
- Up to 50% Travel is required
- Salary Range: $108,000 - $161,000/Yr.
