People Functions · Maintain a harmonious and professional relationship with co-workers, supervisors and all departments. · Comply with and enforce Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. · Assist in all areas of Housekeeping as assigned · Assist in other areas of the department as needed.

Product Functions · Verify room status on morning report; report discrepant rooms; prioritize and update status of checkout rooms. · Check the room status through HotSOS and assign the designated Room Attendant. · Inspect rooms cleaned by assigned room attendants, using designated checklist. Ensure rooms are cleaned to the hotel specifications. Follow up on corrections; directly contact room attendant and relay any deficiencies to be corrected. · Complete work order of maintenance / repairs and report to housekeeping coordinator. Contact directly for urgent repairs. · Accommodate guest requests of Housekeeping items or additional supplies expediently and courteously. Follow up on delivery and return of all such items. · Restock mini bar items · Keep clean all guest corridors, BOH pantries and corridors · Complete all paperwork and closing duties before leaving. Review status of assignments and any follow-up action with manager and/or on-coming supervisor. · Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Housekeeping / Housekeeping Assistant Manager

Profit Functions · Check all the room amenities and items condition and report to Housekeeping Assistant Manager.

LEVEL Supervisor

REPORTS TO: Housekeeping Assistant Manager

SUMMARY: Supervise, train and inspect the performance of assigned Room Attendants, Turndown Attendants and Floor Attendants, ensuring that all procedures are completed to the hotel's standards.

EDUCATION: High School education or equivalent experience

EXPERIENCE: Preferred one to two years experience in related position with Four Seasons or other organization
