As a CDL Roll-Off Driver, you will safely, efficiently, and courteously provide waste removal services to customers across multiple lines of business. You will be responsible for collecting waste from customer sites and transporting it to post-collection facilities for proper disposal, all while enjoying the stability of a local route that brings you home daily.

Competitive Compensation: Hourly pay starting at $24/hour, with higher starting rates based on your experience.

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a roll-off truck and ancillary equipment to service customer routes.
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip safety lane inspections, maintaining accurate truck reports and route documentation.
Maintain route quality standards and execute prescribed driving techniques to ensure vehicle safety and efficiency.
Communicate potential safety hazards, mechanical issues, or service interruptions promptly to supervisors and mechanics.
Comply with all federal, state/provincial, local, and company safety rules, including wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain a clean vehicle cab interior and exterior while representing GFL with a professional demeanor.
Qualifications
Education & License: Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or B; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of commercial driving experience OR completion of a certified CDL school program.
Safety First: Ability to meet criteria for safety-sensitive functions and demonstrate safe operation of trucks and equipment.
Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally, with comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
