As a Quality Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Supporting the Medical Technologies business; the Brookings plant’s only make-to-order business and representing the customer in the manufacturing setting.
• Engaging peers and working cross functionally to support the product line and drive prioritized projects.
• Dispositioning non-conforming product and addressing root cause of non-conformance. 
• Identifying opportunities and leading product teams in quality and service improvements. 
• Analyzing non-conforming trends in respective value streams to identify opportunities for improvement.

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience communicating with stakeholders through verbal discussions, presentations, and written communications.
• Experience performing root cause investigations and supporting corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
• Experience analyzing data to support investigations, process improvements, or decision-making activities.
• Experience leading teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project, operational, or business objectives.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs.

Work location:

• On site – Brookings, SD

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $71,200 - $97,900, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
