As a Security Officer Front Counter in Woonsocket, RI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will help create a professional, reassuring environment while responding to security-related concerns and supporting site operations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures and supporting a professional, welcoming front desk presence in a healthcare location.
• Monitor access to the facility, greet and direct visitors, and assist with visitor sign-in procedures in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Maintain awareness of front desk activity and report suspicious behavior, unauthorized access attempts, and security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Support emergency response activities by communicating information clearly and following established healthcare facility procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
