How you'll make an impact
You’ll support the team with day-to-day financial services administration and help keep work accurate, organised and on track. You’ll work with colleagues to manage records, follow internal processes and respond to queries in a timely way.
You may also help with:
- keeping files, documents and correspondence up to date
- supporting reviews, reporting and follow-up actions
- helping to prepare information for colleagues and clients
- working across teams to make sure tasks are completed properly and on time
- helping to maintain consistent standards in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
About you
Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:
- Fully QFA qualified with a strong understanding of financial services and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in financial services, administration, compliance or client support
- Ability to keep information accurate and organised
- Ability to explain information clearly in writing and over the phone
- A practical approach to following process and meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and business systems
- A relevant financial services qualification, or willingness to work towards one if required
