  • Apply a risk-based approach to assess likelihood and impact, and help the business prioritize mitigation efforts based on the highest risk issues.
  • Conduct root cause analyses to determine underlying drivers of substantiated misconduct, non-compliance, and recurring risk issues.
  • Review investigation case details, artifacts, and data to develop clear, actionable insights to inform risk owners and guide mitigation and remediation efforts.
  • Translate legal and regulatory requirements into practical operational controls and collaborate on corrective action plans.
  • Provide timely guidance and build strong stakeholder relationships to support effective compliance risk management across the organization.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future. The selected candidate will be required to work a minimum of three days per week in the office.

  • 5+ years of experience in compliance risk management, investigations, regulatory affairs, audit, law, or related discipline
  • Experience analyzing data, case information, and processes to identify risks, trends, root causes, and inform remediation actions
  • Experience interpreting requirements and assessing / translating how they apply to business activities, controls, and risk
  • Experience presenting to and communicating effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Experience working independently and across functions in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Masters or Doctorate degree in a relevant discipline
  • Certifications such as CFE, CCEP, CRMA, or related credentials
  • Experience conducting investigations, including interviewing, evidence review, and credibility assessment
  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, or other regulated environments, ideally aerospace
  • Ability to synthesize complex requirements and data into concise, actionable reporting and recommendations
