Key Responsibilities:
- Process SWIFT (MT103/MT202), FED, FX, and wire payments
- Handle subscription, redemption, and fund-related payments
- Verify payment instructions, SSIs, and banking details (IBAN, BIC, ABA, Sort Code, BSB, etc.)
- Monitor payment mailboxes and manage currency cut-offs
- Support global stakeholders and resolve payment-related queries
- Ensure timely processing, reconciliation, and issue escalation
- Coordinate vendor and custody bank invoice payments
Requirements:
- 2-9 years of experience in Payments, Banking, Treasury, or Transfer Agency
- Strong knowledge of SWIFT, FED payments, FX processing, and cash settlements
- Experience with Transfer Agency operations preferred
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Flexible to work in shifts as per business requirements
Education: B.Com, MBA, M.Com, or equivalent qualification
