What You’ll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be part of our Manufacturing team located in Stanfield, NC. You’ll get to: 

• Complete a wide variety of work, electrical, plumbing, general building repairs, etc. 
• Perform safe work practices. 
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Must be able to work overtime if needed.
• Support, communicate, and drive Safety.
• Identify safety hazards and collaborate/investigate with team to resolve.
• Participate and engage with 6S projects, 6S 360 and SMED events.
• Ensure FIFO in order to keep the department inventory to recommended levels.
• Collaborate with team, machine operators, and supervisor.
• Data Entry (Emaintenance System, etc)

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have one (1) year experience/training in industrial manufacturing maintenance or equivalent. 
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Possess basic knowledge in Industrial Maintenance Electrical Principles, Industrial Maintenance of PLC’s, Maintaining Industrial Equipment, Fluid Power, and Fundamentals of Machine Tools, as verified by NOCTI testing scores.
• Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures
