The Opportunity:
The Product Innovation Lead Analyst drives research, design, and development efforts for new products and solutions that align with organizational strategy and evolving market needs. The role contributes to business growth by translating customer insights and emerging trends into actionable, data‑driven product concepts and roadmaps. Identifies and analyzes market trends, customer insights, and performance data to inform innovation opportunities and product direction. Develops and advances concepts from ideation through prototype, assessing feasibility and refining solutions to support adoption and competitive advantage. Collaborates with cross‑functional partners in product development, marketing, and operations to validate ideas, align priorities, and ensure execution viability. Provides data‑driven recommendations and supports innovation initiatives using agile methodologies and design thinking to accelerate delivery and measurable business impact.
