Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous interaction with different teams to understand system intricacies and deliver timely solutions that maintain business continuity and enhance system performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Strong knowledge of data integration, transformation, and migration processes.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.
- Familiarity with database management and query optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
