The Role 
As the Senior Specialist, Customer Enablement, you will serve as the primary Customer Enablement point of contact for the North America OEM accounts and their broader ecosystem. You will maintain ownership of customer satisfaction and revenue-support activities for mature product lines and recurring revenue, resolve complex issues, drive process improvements, and collaborate globally to ensure alignment and operational excellence.  

What You’ll Do 

• Serve remotely as the primary point of contact for the North America OEM assigned strategic ecosystem, with responsibility for mature product lines and recurring revenue. 

• Drive customer alignment meetings, as required, to ensure the build plan aligns with the customer’s highest priorities. Use Delivery Priority Codes in SAP to document customer prioritization needs and align global priorities with the assigned Global CE OEM enablement partners. 

• Lead resolution of high-priority customer, product, supply and service issues by coordinating across internal teams and functions. 

• Develop and maintain forecasts for assigned North America OEM accounts and ecosystem demand, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 

• Drive global communication and consistency across customer sites, regions and internal teams for account priorities and customer commitments. 

• Manage consignment inventory programs, ensuring compliance and minimizing stale inventory. 

• Partner with Finance and related functions to resolve escalated accounts receivable issues. 

• Oversee product allocations to optimize customer satisfaction in alignment with CXI metrics. 

• Participate in semi-annual business reviews in collaboration with Key Account Managers, incorporating relevant account performance, priorities, and customer needs. 

• Champion cross-functional collaboration to improve on-time shipments and operational efficiency. 

• Ensure timely and accurate communication of quality notifications and Product Change Notifications (PCNs) across assigned North America OEM accounts and impacted ecosystem partners.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to provide insights and influence business decisions. 

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support organizational goals. 

What We Seek 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).  

• Experience: Experience supporting semiconductor materials, specialty chemical, contamination control, filtration, or advanced materials product lines is strongly preferred. 5–8 years in sales or customer enablement, including at least 2 years in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.  

• Skills: Strong Excel skills needed. SAP experience strongly preferred. Advanced knowledge of semiconductor materials and chemical product applications, with strong analytical, forecasting, and business acumen skills to translate customer manufacturing requirements into operational priorities, assess the impact of supply and quality events, lead complex customer engagements, influence cross-functional decisions, and drive resolutions that support revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational performance. 

Success Metrics 

• High customer satisfaction as measured by CXI score.  

• Timely resolution of complex customer issues.  

• Effective management of customer priorities, consignment inventory, allocations, and recurring-revenue support and forecast management. 

• Effective collaboration and influence across global teams.  

• Continuous improvement in customer enablement processes.

•  Compensation: $85,500 - $95,500 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
