Project Manager - Asset/ Facility Management

Overview:

Lead end-to-end delivery of asset and facility management projects, from requirements to go-live and stabilization, ensuring business value and strong stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Maximo implementation and enhancement projects (scope, timeline, budget, risks).
• Lead workshops to gather requirements for asset, maintenance, and facilities processes.
• Coordinate internal teams and vendors for configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Drive change management, training, and user adoption; maintain core project documentation.
• Provide asset management and process improvement advisory to business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science,Business Administration, or related field
• 5–8 years of project management experience, including Maximo/EAM projects.
• Background from Facility Services/ Property & Construction/ Transportation/ Engineering/
• Solution House is a huge plus
• Experience in large scale digital transformation with focus on Robotics, IoT, Facilities/ Asset Management System (e.g. IBM Maximo) is a plus
• Solid knowledge of asset/facility management processes
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with standard PM methodologies and tools; relevant certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/ITIL) a plus.
