• Schedule: Full-time | 36 patient contact hours

What You Will Do

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

• Elevate Patient-Centered Outcomes: Drive clinical excellence by leading a dedicated panel of 18–21 patients per day, utilizing evidence-based clinical decision-making to optimize health outcomes and maximize long-term patient satisfaction.
• Collaborative Team Care: Partner seamlessly within an established team structure consisting of 2 Physicians and 1 Nurse Practitioner to provide seamless primary care delivery.
• Advance the Medical Community: Benefit from unique academic affiliations with the opportunity to actively mentor and precept medical students from Indiana University School of Medicine, the University of Southern Indiana, and the University of Evansville.
• Practice Environment: Practice in a dedicated 100% outpatient care setting equipped with a modern, web-based AthenaHealth EMR system.

• Network Integration: Join a strong, physician-led clinical network featuring over 50 regional Family Medicine and Internal Medicine colleagues alongside an extensive local roster of employed specialists.
• Position Security: Secure a long-term position within an established, high-performing clinic ranking near the top of Ascension Medical Group Indiana for quality with a net promoter score exceeding 90%.
• Professional Requirements: Must hold an MD/DO degree and be Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Internal Medicine.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
