Qualifications
- MD or DO - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine or Anesthesiology with Pain Medicine fellowship - required
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced interventional procedures and neuromodulation
- Active Kentucky medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
- DEA certification - required
- Strong clinical judgment with a passion for delivering exceptional patient centered care
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
