Candidate requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Finance or Civil Engineering.
• CMVM, RICS certification, or real estate training would be considered a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the Real Estate Valuation sector.
• Client-oriented with experience managing and interacting with Clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with and/or manage interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience delivering presentations to both public and clients (in Portuguese and English).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Dynamic, flexible, organized, and creative.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with a high level of proficiency in Excel.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.

Main objectives of the project:

• Conduct real estate asset valuations following RICS methodology, managing mainly international clients, meeting annual objectives, and ensuring the JLL brand's image.
• Analyze the market and engage current and potential clients, with the aim of selling JLL's valuation services.
• Meet with clients and present services, as well as propose commercial solutions tailored to each client's needs and company objectives.
• Perform real estate asset valuations and produce corresponding reports as per the requirements in each proposal (service, methodology, etc.), ensuring service quality and client retention.
• Deliver reports to clients, considering assumptions, market analysis, property description or portfolio, adopted methodologies, etc.
