Brand Strategy Director

A leading, design-driven creative agency is seeking a Strategy Director to help define and elevate its strategic offering. This role sits at the intersection of brand, experience, and environment, guiding work that translates lifestyle-driven and experience-led ideas into clear, compelling strategy.

This is a highly visible, client-facing leadership role and a rare opportunity for the right candidate to shape and own the agency’s strategy discipline, influencing how strategy shows up for clients and across creative teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead brand and experience strategy across a range of client engagements

• Serve as a senior, client-facing strategic partner from discovery through delivery

• Develop clear strategic frameworks and narratives that guide creative and design execution

• Confidently present strategy to senior client stakeholders

• Collaborate closely with creative, design, and account teams

• Help evolve the agency’s strategic point of view, tools, and ways of working

What We’re Looking For

• Background in brand and/or creative strategy (agency experience welcome)

• Strong knowledge of lifestyle, luxury, placemaking, and hospitality categories

• Branding experience is a plus

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills

• Ability to translate insights into clear, actionable direction

• Comfortable taking ownership and helping build a strategic function
