We are looking for a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to drive end-to-end supply chain operations for multi-MW data center deployments. This role covers capacity forecasting, inventory planning, vendor development, procurement of long lead equipment (LLE) & prefab modules, quality assurance, and cost management.

4. Quality & Performance Management
Development Programs:
Cross-Functional Training: 6-month rotation across Cost, Supply Chain, and Project Execution functions.
Professional Certification: Opportunities to pursue CSCP, PMP, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt programs.
Leadership Development: Quarterly workshops on strategic planning and team management.
Digital Tools Training: ERP systems, DCIM software, and data analytics platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years in supply chain/procurement, preferably in data centers, factory or infrastructure projects.
Strong analytical, planning, and vendor management skills.
Key Competencies:
Strategic thinking, risk management, negotiation, and team leadership.
