Description
KITE Search are currently working with one of the leading real estate developers in Hong Kong as they look to expand their portfolio. Renowned for their luxury residential & commercial projects across Hong Kong, Asia & Europe they are now looking to build their Hong Kong team.
With projects in hand already and others in the pipeline this is a fantastic time to be part of a growing team, for this reason we are now searching for a Senior Project Manager - Architecture who has demonstrated experience of delivering large scale commercial & mixed use projects.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Architecture or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years post qualification experience in property development projects, preferably working for a sizeable property developer or large consultant firms
- Relevant professional qualifications and possess hands on experience in handling sizable projects in Hong Kong / Overseas
- Member of RIBA or HKIA and Authorised Person preferred
- Responsible with strong leadership and project management skills
- Fluent English and Chinese (written and spoken)
