Transfer Coordinator - Warehouse Job Description:
The Golden Hog is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Transfer Coordinator to support our warehouse and inventory operations in Key Biscayne. This position is responsible for coordinating and tracking inventory transfers between the warehouse, store locations, and external suppliers, ensuring accurate product quantities, proper documentation, and timely deliveries. The role includes processing transfer orders in inventory management systems, coordinating with warehouse teams and drivers, resolving inventory discrepancies, supporting receiving and shipping activities, and maintaining accurate stock movement records.
The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory control, demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail and food-service environment.

Requirements
Transfer Coordinator - Warehouse - Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, inventory control, or a similar position required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Ability to coordinate inventory transfers between warehouse and store locations, ensuring accurate quantities and timely deliveries.
- Experience processing transfer orders, verifying product codes, and maintaining accurate inventory records using POS, ERP, or inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of receiving, shipping, stock rotation, inventory counts, and warehouse organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data entry, and inventory documentation.
- Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate with warehouse teams, store personnel, drivers, and logistics providers to resolve transfer discrepancies.
- Ability to lift and move boxes or products weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Availability to work full-time, five days per week with two rotating days off. Shifts may vary between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM, including weekends and holidays based on operational needs.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
