Wellster is the leading European Healthtech platform, and we are currently at the forefront of one of the most explosive growth stories in healthcare: the Direct-to-Patient (DTP) revolution. We are looking for a Commercial Development Manager to drive the next stage of growth across our established German portfolio of digital health brands. This role is about making our existing businesses significantly bigger: identifying untapped growth opportunities, improving commercial performance, developing new revenue streams, and translating patient and performance insights into initiatives that can be tested and scaled across brands. Your responsibilities would include…
Drive commercial growth across Wellster’s established brands and business verticals
Identify and execute high-impact growth opportunities across brands, products, partnerships and patient segments
Take full ownership of commercial and strategic projects from concept to execution
Identify growth levers across acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value
Define and build new partnerships for commercial growth
Analyse market dynamics, patient behaviour, competition, and business performance to uncover new commercial opportunities
Turn complex data, trends, and insights into clear, actionable commercial recommendations
Build, evaluate, and challenge business cases with a strong commercial and medical perspective
Identify opportunities and synergies across brands and translate them into scalable initiatives
Lead cross-functional projects together with Marketing, Brand, Product, Medical, Operations, Tech, and other teams
Continuously challenge the status quo and identify opportunities to improve how we operate and grow
Operate with a hands-on, ownership-driven mindset in a fast-paced scale-up environment
