Summary/Objective
The Warehouse Manager at Haimer USA is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role involves managing warehouse staff, optimizing inventory control processes, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
What you would do:
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transport companies to streamline logistics.
- Coordination of all outbound shipping – both domestic and international
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain high performance.
What we require from you:
- Associates Degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred) and 3-5 years of experience (warehouse management)
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and warehouse software.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and security regulations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in PC skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint, CRM and ERP Systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
