Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking 3 RN's to work per-diem as Field Nurse's for the Rochester area.

Qualifications:
- 2 years of bedside RN experience
- Homecare experience preferred
- AlayaCare experience preferred
- Start of Care experience preferred
Requirements:
- NYS Registered Nursing License and Registration
- BLS from American Heart Association
- Physical, QuantiFERON within a year
- MMR Titers within 10 years
- NPI #
- Malpractice insurance
