Description
The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a new business pursuit and serve as PM for the ensuring program within the Cyber Mission Operations (CMO) portfolio, EW Line of Business. The program exists within an customer cyber organization but focused on data triage, processing, analysis, and management. This role will support the capture, solutioning, and execution of contract with estimated 50 FTE.
The Project Manager will serve as a key interface between the customer, CACI program leadership, engineers, data scientists, cyber professionals, and other technical stakeholders. The team may include specialists in data engineering, data science, machine learning, signal processing, cyber operations, software development, and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience leading complex technical projects and sufficient understanding of cyber operations, networks, data, and engineering environments to effectively manage highly technical teams and communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and technical outcomes to program and customer leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead or support capture and pre-award activities, including customer engagement, acquisition shaping, solution development, proposal writing, staffing strategies, basis-of-estimate development, and color-team reviews.
- Develop compelling, compliant, and executable technical and management approaches that strengthen CACI’s competitive position.
- Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, resources, staffing, risks, dependencies, technical performance, and deliverables.
- Manage engineers, data scientists, cyber professionals, and other technical SMEs in program execution.
- Ensure technical activities and deliverables meet customer requirements, established standards, and program objectives.
- Serve as a key interface between government customers, CACI leadership, and technical teams.
- Monitor project performance and proactively identify and manage technical, schedule, resource, and programmatic risks.
- Facilitate technical reviews, project status meetings, customer engagements, and leadership briefings.
- Support resource planning, staffing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management activities.
- Prepare for and participate in technical exchanges, solution reviews, demonstrations, and oral presentations.
- Support customer engagement, program growth, and development of new CMO opportunities as appropriate.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree in Project Management, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- 5 years experience as a Program Manager with this specific Customer
- Experience supporting capture, proposal development, solutioning, staffing, or other pre-award activities for federal opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical activities into project plans, milestones, risks, and decision-ready information for customers and leadership.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop persuasive, compliant proposal content that connects technical solutions to mission outcomes.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, technically complex, mission-focused environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience supporting Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or other federal government customers.
- Experience with government contracting, including cost, schedule, staffing, contract deliverables, and performance management.
Desired:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
