Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Responsible for defining and leading the Corporate Real Estate strategy across Colombia to Argentina/ Chile (South Latam), ensuring the regional real estate portfolio enables business growth, operational continuity, capital efficiency and long-term value creation.
Leads a complex portfolio of owned and leased assets encompassing headquarters, corporate offices, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, cross-docks and other operational sites across 10+ countries and more than 17 million square feet. Provides strategic direction on portfolio optimization, occupancy planning, acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations, network footprint transformation and location strategy.
Acts as the primary Real Estate advisor to business leadership, influencing investment, capacity, occupancy and expansion decisions that support operational requirements and future growth while balancing financial performance, risk management and alignment with PepsiCo Global Real Estate strategy.

Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
- Significant experience in Corporate Real Estate, Portfolio Management or Asset Management, poven experience managing large, geographically dispersed real estate portfolios, experience leading complex real estate negotiations and transactions.
- Strong financial acumen including investment analysis, business case development and financial planning, experience operating within highly matrixed multinational organizations.
- Demostrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive strategic decisions.
Education
- Bachalor's Degree in: Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, etc.
- Fully Bilingual: Experience at a comparable level of seniority, regional experience, and fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese are required.
