Lead the strategy and delivery of enterprise resource planning solutions that enable scalable growth, operational excellence, and meaningful business outcomes. As Director, ERP Solutions, you will provide strategic and technical leadership across complex ERP initiatives, partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and continuously improve solutions that meet evolving organizational needs. This remote, United States-based role offers the opportunity to shape enterprise technology strategy while developing high-performing teams and driving measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the ERP solutions strategy, roadmap, and delivery approach, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, technology standards, and long-term business objectives.
- Direct cross-functional teams through requirements analysis, solution design, functional and technical specification development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
- Partner with leaders across Technology, Finance, Operations, Professional Services, and other functions to identify opportunities, resolve system challenges, and improve business processes.
- Provide strategic direction for ERP programs, integrations, upgrades, modernization efforts, and transformation initiatives, balancing business value, risk, usability, governance, and cost.
- Oversee the evaluation of ERP technologies, vendors, implementation partners, and delivery models, making recommendations based on feasibility, total cost of ownership, and organizational impact.
- Build, coach, and support an inclusive, high-performing team of ERP and technical professionals while monitoring delivery performance, risks, dependencies, and resource needs.
Job Requirements
- Significant experience leading ERP solutions, enterprise applications, business systems, or technology transformation functions.
- Demonstrated experience managing technical, functional, or business systems teams responsible for requirements analysis, solution design, and system specifications.
- Strong understanding of ERP platforms, enterprise business processes, and system integrations.
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders to define technology strategy, prioritize investments, and deliver business outcomes.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business needs and translate them into practical, scalable, and cost-effective technology solutions.
- Strong communication, influencing, and people leadership skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences in a remote, distributed environment.
Preferred qualifications include experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or comparable systems; ERP implementation, migration, modernization, or integration programs; and knowledge of data governance, information security, privacy, and access controls. Experience in Professional Services, managed services, outsourcing, client-facing technology delivery, or business process optimization is also valued.
