The Group Technology team coordinates the Group's technology area to develop its strategy consistently with the overall business and product objectives. We stimulate technological innovation, ensuring coherent architecture development, scalability, and efficiency, and orienting development from a platform perspective. We provide Cloud Operations, Cybersecurity, and Software Quality services. We are committed to providing cutting-edge, secure, and sustainable technological solutions that support the Group's growth and success.​

In particular, you will:​

• Coordinate and manage projects from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Define project scope, timelines, priorities, and deliverables, monitoring progress and facilitating collaboration across teams.
• Identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities, supporting informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality and governance standards. 

What skills are we looking for?

• At least 4/5 years of experience in Project Management roles.
• Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end, from planning through delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
• Comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, support decision-making, and improve project outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).

• ​​Total compensation: € 41.000 – € 52.000 Including a variable component linked to performance. Full-time reference.​​
