Sales EngineerSummary:
The Trainee will support the regional leader in driving the regional growth program across different BU / segments . Trainee will work closely with regional commercial, technical, and cross‑functional teams to understand customer needs, strengthen market presence, and support business growth initiatives.Responsibilities Include:
- Support the commercial team in identifying new business opportunities in the IMEA region.
- Assist in market mapping, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Participate in customer meetings, product trials, and technical discussions.
- Help prepare commercial proposals, technical presentations, and business cases.
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical engineering, Polymer Engineering, or related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a cross‑cultural, multi‑regional environment
- Self‑driven, curious, and eager to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
