Responsibilities Define, articulate, and implement the creative direction of all marketing and branding initiatives in accordance with the company's objectives. Lead a team of creative professionals in the production of innovative materials that align with market trends and customer interest. Work closely with the marketing department to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns across various media platforms. Drive the brand storytelling through compelling and engaging visual and graphic designs. Oversee the quality of output for client proposals, presentations, and other promotional materials. Continually monitor industry trends and advancements in technology to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, or related field. A minimum of 7 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in the beauty or therapeutic industry. Extensive experience with brand development and digital marketing in a B2C context. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team. Exceptional design skills and proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Proven experience in devising and implementing successful creative campaigns. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of output.
