OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to oversee the management of our facilities. This includes ensuring that our work environment is safe, efficient, and conducive to productivity. You will play a key role in maintaining our facilities and supporting our organisational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of the facilities, including maintenance and repairs.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Coordinate and supervise facility-related projects, including renovations and improvements.Develop and manage budgets related to facility operations.Monitor and report on facility performance metrics.Implement and maintain an effective preventive maintenance programme.Work closely with contractors and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.RequirementsProven experience in facilities management or a related field.Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.Excellent organisational and leadership skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Nice to haveExperience with budget management and cost control.Certification in facilities management or a related discipline.Familiarity with sustainability practices in facility management.
