POSITION SUMMARYThe Account Manager is responsible for ensuring a diverse portfolio of job assignments that meet revenue and gross profit goals, comply with Human Resources and Safety standards, while maintaining exemplary levels of customer service. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIESManaging labor, materials, time, and customer expectations for a multitude of landscaping jobs.Prepare job proposals, sell enhancements, and estimate jobs accurately.Develop weekly schedules and complete/approve corresponding paperwork (i.e., invoices, timecards, safety documents, etc.) accurately, timely, and efficiently.Track key performance standard for each job; actively engage in company promotion.Work collaboratively to ensure inter-branch success.Develop initiative-taking plans to improve achievement of key performance indicators; demonstrate leadership, initiative, and accountability at all times.Performs Winter Service (i.e. snow cleaning, snow plowing, shoveling, salting) as needed.QUALIFICATIONSBilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.At least 3 years of professional experience working with horticulture, landscape, and irrigation.Ability to multitask with short timelines and limited resources.Be results-oriented; self-sufficient; and goal-drivenAbility to operate hand tools efficiently and safely.Ability to interpret blueprints, landscape plans, and soil reports. Be at least OSHA-10 certified or willing to obtain OSHA-10 within 3 months of employment.Must have a valid drivers license and maintain it throughout the course of employment.
