Responsibilities
As an Application Engineer, your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Measurement and data analysis using our Raman microscopes and preparation of reports for customers.
- Demonstrations in our showrooms and at seminars to show the attractiveness of our products to customers who are considering the introduction of our equipment.
- Discovering new applications for Raman
- Creating a new application note
- Compilation of measured data into application notes as examples of equipment use.
- Providing guidance to distributors' engineers.
Qualifications
To be successful for this position, you should possess:
- Experience in the use of analytical instruments.
- Experience in the use of RAMAN/IR instruments is preferred.
- Chemical, biochemical and pharmaceutical knowledge, or experience as a raman in the semiconductor or battery fields is preferred.
