We are seeking an experienced and highly principled senior Compliance  Manager to oversee and mature our client’s comprehensive Regulatory Compliance and Ethics Programme across Southern Africa. This is a critical, high-visibility role reporting directly to the Executive Ethics and Compliance leadership.

You will be instrumental in shaping and embedding a strong ethical culture. A significant focus of this position involves managing the full lifecycle of internal investigations - from initial report intake (including whistleblowing channels) through to final resolution, control implementation, and closure, ensuring strict adherence to legal frameworks and internal timelines. You will act as a crucial partner to the business, translating complex legislation into pragmatic, enforceable internal policies and controls. This role offers substantial autonomy to drive best practices, manage risk proactively, and ensure the organization maintains the highest standards of integrity across multiple jurisdictions.
