Legal Officer

• Reviewing and drafting various agreements, specifically focused on the Fintech industry.

• Handling litigation cases and managing legal issues related to fraud.

• Participating in and supporting various Group-level projects as required.

• Managing corporate secretarial duties and ensuring administrative compliance.

• Organizing and maintaining all legal documents and archives.

• Managing licenses and maintaining professional relationships with regulators.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, preferably within the Fintech or Insurance industries.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law.

• Peradi Certification is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Fintech-related regulations.

• Proven ability in providing sound Legal Advice.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.

• A fast learner who can adapt to a dynamic environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and high dependability.
