The job
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Planning, executing, and scaling app user acquisition campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), with performance across other paid social channels (TikTok, Snapchat) a plus
- Monitoring and optimizing account structure, bidding models, and audience segmentation
- Driving incremental growth through performance-focused campaign strategy and rapid experimentation
- Collaborating with analytics, creative and social teams to boost paid acquisition
- Generating insights from performance data and proactively identifying areas of opportunity
- Staying up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and evolving privacy regulations
- Producing regular performance reports and contributing to strategic discussions
Must have:
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience in app user acquisition, preferably in high-growth environments
- Expert-level experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns at scale, ideally with additional experience in TikTok Ads or Snapchat
- Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and LTV
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities
- Solid understanding of app attribution and proficiency using MMP tools
- Proficiency using tools like Looker, Tableau or similar BI tools to analyze and visualize data
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Upper-intermediate or advanced proficiency in English
- Ability to conduct market research and competitors analysis
Nice to have:
- Experience with Google Ads and video networks
- Experience in web2app user acquisition
- Experience in Health Tech, FinTech, or other regulated industries
- Experience with automation tools and scripts for campaign management
- Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA etc.
