• Duty Managers
• Supervisors
About the Roles
Working closely with the Venue Manager and leadership team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the day-to-day operations of the venue.
Responsibilities may include:
• Leading and motivating teams during service
• Supporting daily venue operations and driving team performance
• Delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
• Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing, gaming and health & safety requirements
• Managing cash handling, end-of-day procedures and venue operations
• Training, coaching and developing team members
• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and team development
• Supporting venue promotions, events and community engagement
• Maintaining high operational standards across all areas of the venue
About You
You'll ideally have:
• Previous experience in a hospitality leadership role
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Knowledge of gaming, liquor licensing and venue compliance is highly regarded
