HR Services Specialist

## What you’ll do:

• Responsible for providing expert consultation services and solutions for routine and complex employee relations issues related to performance management, employee life cycle, attendance, process guidelines, and policies
• Handle complex, confidential, and/or sensitive inquiries/requests and assume ownership of cases, following established processes
• Support the review, update, and maintenance of HR Services documentation for assigned areas (e.g., Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions) to ensure complete, accurate, and up-to-date depiction of processes
• Proactively escalates issues as needed to the appropriate partner within HR
• Follow up with employees and managers on incomplete processes, resolution of HR and benefit issues, timesheet discrepancies
• Perform quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and thoroughness of all HR services delivered to partners
• Identify areas of process improvement and potential liability regarding HR compliance
• Provide necessary trainings to new HR team members and managers concerning HR Services procedures
• Coordinate, assist and conduct investigations as assigned
• Prepare reports and analyze data on HRS metrics and translate for use in discussions for performance review meetings
• Conduct data quality reviews, monitor and correct processing errors
• Participate in HR projects
• Give mentoring support for junior team members/new joiners

## Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• up to 2 years of experience in a similar role
