We are looking for an HR Shared Services Specialist who is passionate about people, process excellence and continuous improvement to help ensure a seamless employee experience while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.

The HR Shared Services Specialist is responsible for managing employee lifecycle transactions and delivering high-quality HR support to employees and managers. This role serves as a key point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring accurate processing, policy compliance and excellent service delivery across HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, job changes, employee data updates, leave administration and offboarding activities.

• Resolve Tier 2 employee and manager inquiries by applying HR policies, procedures and service standards.

• Maintain accurate employee records and case documentation within HR systems to ensure compliance, audit readiness and data integrity.

• Coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition and other HR teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of HR transactions.

• Review reports and transaction data to identify discrepancies, validate information and support accurate processing.

• Continuously improve service delivery by enhancing templates, checklists and process controls to reduce errors and improve efficiency.

• Support knowledge sharing, onboarding and training of new team members when required.

• Contribute to a positive employee experience through responsive, professional and customer-focused HR support.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Employee Services, People Administration or a related HR function.

• HR certification (e.g., Engstrom-CP or equivalent) is a plus.
