Job Summary and Responsibilities
As an OB/GYN Physician with Dignity Health Medical Group – Sequoia, you will join a collegial practice rooted in clinical excellence and community partnership, driven by a commitment to reproductive justice and health equity.
You will enjoy a balanced professional and personal life with a shared call model. You will work alongside established, well-respected OBGYN Physicians and Nurse Practitioners from both Dignity Health and Stanford Health. We are affiliated with Sequoia Hospital, a 208-bed community hospital known for its modern, well-equipped birthing center with approximately 1,000+ deliveries annually, 24/7 anesthesia coverage, and a strong partnership with Stanford Medicine for tertiary care access, including a Level II NICU.
To be successful in this role, you will be a Board Eligible/Board Certified Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician, who wants to move beyond the traditional clinical experience and practice with autonomy, collaboration, and flexibility in the heart of the Bay Area, one of California’s most desirable places to live and work.
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care in both outpatient and hospital settings.
- Perform routine exams, manage prenatal and postnatal care, and conduct obstetric and gynecologic procedures.
- Participate in deliveries, surgeries, and on-call hospital coverage.
- Collaborate with NPs and other team members to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and uphold best practices in patient safety and compliance.

- Guaranteed Salary: $385,000 – $400,000 + productivity incentives

Job Requirements
Required:
- Board-certified MD or DO in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Active or eligible license in the state of California
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
