The Inventory Accountant is responsible for inventory accounting functions and in supervising and coordinating the Quantity Accuracy Program (QAP) for AMPI and AML.
What You Will Do
- Performs quarterly R&D lot reviews (AML)
- Performs quarterly random verification of on-hold lots or inventories for proper disposition (WIP/INV - AML)
- Responsible for the monthly Wafer Bank Foundry lots review (every 3rd week of the month - AML)
- Conducts verification of monthly Polar RMA status with DYE team (AML)
- Performs monthly freight accrual (AML)
- Reviews and approves Materials Inventory Scrap Review request in E-Forms (AMPI)
- Monitors PHA lot(s) with negative quantity(ies) and coordinates with Logistics team the required Oracle transaction (AMPI)
- Prepares monthly BU Reclass for Inventory-related accounts (AMPI)
- Prepares monthly tape & reel analysis (AMPI)
- Prepares monthly RM consumption analysis (AMPI)
- Supports adhoc projects, and other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- CPA license an advantage but not necessary
- At least 1 year relevant work experience in Inventory
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to relate with people in various levels of organization
- Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Takes initiative to make improvements
- Cooperate and collaborate with colleagues
- Good sense of professionalism and confidentiality
- Working knowledge of the entire finance functions
- Keen on details and can explain them
- Ability to execute financial controls
- Working knowledge of Philippine local finance and accounting practices

- A firm grasps of all accounting functions
