Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Credentialing in Easton, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge processes, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service. You will use computer or tablet systems to support daily operations, communicate clearly with tenants and guests, and help maintain a professional, welcoming environment. Additional Qualifications (Beneficial to Position): While not mandatory, the following qualifications are considered beneficial for candidates applying

Access Control/Badge Experience (B201):

• Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204):

• Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets. This includes basic software applications, email communication, and the ability to navigate digital platforms relevant to the position.

Customer Service Experience (B219):

• Candidates should possess experience in customer service roles. This includes effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent service to clients and customers.

 

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Manage front-desk access by greeting visitors, verifying identification and appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor building entry points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems; report unusual activity, access concerns, or equipment issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while communicating professionally with property management, tenants, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
