Your Role & Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders across multiple functions
• Translate business objectives into strategic product roadmaps and actionable development plans
• Facilitate discussions with executive leadership while also engaging technical teams on solution design and implementation approaches
• Lead the Consumer Data Product Team, ensuring successful delivery of both development and support initiatives
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to transform business requirements into technical solutions
• Identify, prioritize, and manage product demand based on measurable business value and strategic objectives
• Develop and execute a long-term vision for Consumer Data Platforms, CRM capabilities, and media-focused data solutions
• Coordinate dependencies across teams, ensuring quality delivery and alignment with business goals
• Drive Agile product delivery while continuously optimizing team performance and outcomes
• Stay informed on industry trends related to CDPs, CRM technologies, data privacy, AI, and digital marketing innovation

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 8+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or a closely related role
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in complex technology environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage audiences from executive leadership to technical teams
• Experience building and managing product roadmaps and strategic initiatives
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product delivery frameworks
• Experience identifying business needs and translating them into technical requirements
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decisions in evolving environments
• Expertise in Consumer Data Platforms (CDP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions
• Knowledge of marketing communications channels including Email, SMS, and MMS platforms
• Experience working with media and customer data ecosystems

• Experience with Bloomreach
• Experience with Databricks
• Knowledge of first-party data privacy regulations and best practices
• Familiarity with AI-driven marketing and consumer data solutions
• Experience managing globally distributed teams
• Background in large-scale customer engagement or consumer-focused organizations

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
• Advanced degree preferred but not required
• Product ownership, Agile, Scrum, or product management certifications are highly desirable

• Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $134,000-$144,000 annually or $79-$89 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
