Description
We are a family business and are owners of the Chinese-Indonesian restaurant Tong Ah for 24 years. In recent years, we have developed our cuisine from traditional Chinese-Indonesian to a broader Asian cuisine, including Japanese influences such as sushi and teppanyaki. About a year and a half ago, we renovated our restaurant and continued under the name Nola Asian Cuisine. Tong Ah continues to exist as our takeaway concept.
