Role Overview
We are seeking a Research Analyst to join our Portugal team in Lisbon, supporting the delivery of high-quality market intelligence and commercially relevant insights across the Portuguese real estate market.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated professional to join a collaborative team at the intersection of data, market expertise, and business impact. The role offers exposure to a wide range of stakeholders and projects, combining analytical rigor with the opportunity to contribute to client work, business development, and thought leadership.

The successful candidate will bring strong analytical capability, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach, with the ability to turn data into clear, compelling, and actionable insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and interpret trends in the Portuguese real estate market across relevant sectors
• Produce market reports, presentations, and tailored research materials for internal and external audiences
• Support brokers, consultants, and business leaders with data, analysis, and insights for pitches, proposals, and client meetings
• Maintain and update market trackers and research tools to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Contribute to the preparation of regular publications and ad hoc client-facing materials
• Help identify key market themes, risks, and opportunities, translating them into actionable messages for the business
• Collaborate with colleagues across Research and other business lines to deliver timely and high-quality outputs
• Ensure research deliverables are commercially relevant, well-structured, and aligned with business priorities

Key Requirements

• Experience in research, market analysis, consulting, real estate, economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work confidently with data
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise insights
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization or AI-enabled tools would be an advantage
• Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
