About the Role:

The Implementation Specialist II is responsible for leading complex software implementation projects for new and existing customers. This role serves as the primary implementation consultant, driving successful onboarding, configuration, training, adoption, and customer readiness while managing multiple concurrent projects. As an experienced implementation professional, the Implementation Specialist II operates independently, serves as a subject matter expert on assigned products, mentors junior team members, and partners cross-functionally to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

In this role, you will: 

• Lead medium to large-scale implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and customer handoff.    
• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects while maintaining quality and timeline commitments.   
• Serve as the primary customer advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.    
• Configure software solutions based on customer requirements and business objectives.
• Independently deliver virtual and onsite training programs.
• Identify implementation risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Partner with Support, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor project scope, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships that drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Mentor and support Implementation Specialist I team members.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned products and implementation processes.
• Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and team development initiatives.

Required Qualifications:  

• High School Diploma or GED required     
• 3-5 years of software implementation, onboarding, project management, training, or related experience.     
• Experience managing multiple customer-facing projects simultaneously.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
• Up to 90% travel for onsite implementations, customer meetings, or company events, as required.

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Associate or Bachelor's degree
• Experience mentoring or coaching team members

Compensation and Benefits 

This position has a starting salary range of USD $68,000 – $90,000 per year. The range represents what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for the role at the time of posting. An employee’s pay within the range is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, education, qualifications, experience, performance, business or organizational needs, and geographic location.
