Overview

The Client Enablement Manager will own the end-to-end client journey for OneSuite, our AI-powered marketing platform, from onboarding and implementation through adoption and long-term success. The role acts as the bridge between clients and internal Product, Engineering, Marketing and Operations teams, ensuring successful delivery, stakeholder alignment, AI adoption and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding from account setup through successful go-live.
• Configure client accounts, user roles and permissions.
• Develop onboarding plans and ensure timely implementation.
• Deliver tailored training sessions for business and technical users.
• Create onboarding guides, knowledge base articles, FAQs and documentation.

 

• Drive platform adoption and long-term client success.
• Monitor usage metrics and identify adoption gaps.
• Conduct regular client reviews and recommend new platform capabilities.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders.

 

• Coordinate multiple client implementations and enablement initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Creative, Finance and Operations teams.
• Track timelines, risks, dependencies and delivery milestones.
• Support Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum ceremonies and backlog prioritization.
• Ensure quality documentation, reporting and governance throughout delivery.
• Enable clients to leverage AI-powered capabilities within the platform.
• Promote AI-driven workflow automation and productivity improvements.
• Capture client feedback to influence future product enhancements.

 

Required Experience: 9–12 years

• 9–12 years of experience in Client Success, Product Management, Project/Program Management, Customer Enablement or SaaS implementation.
• Experience leading enterprise client onboarding and adoption programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, MarTech or advertising technology.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps or Confluence.
• Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve delivery, reporting, documentation or workflow efficiency.

Preferred Qualification

• Experience with AI-powered platforms.
• Exposure to GitHub/GitLab.
• Background in content strategy or knowledge management.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
