Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :

Une offre de stage intitulée « Stage en Leadership & Management HR Center of Expertise - Development Pathways (h/f) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus sur son site de Toulouse-Blagnac. Vous rejoindrez le département « Ressources Humaines » en charge du Centre d'Expertise (CoE) Leadership & Management.

Votre stage consistera à: élaborer des parcours complets de développement du leadership et du management destinés aux managers de tous niveaux (managers de proximité, cadres supérieurs et dirigeants), en intégrant les meilleures pratiques du secteur et les opportunités offertes par l'intelligence artificielle.

Ce stage, d'une durée de 6 mois, débutera idéalement en janvier 2027 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

• Mener des recherches approfondies sur les meilleures pratiques et tendances en développement du leadership et réaliser des benchmarks sectoriels sur les compétences clés requises pour chaque niveau de management.
• Échanger avec les parties prenantes clés (notamment les HR Business Partners) afin d'aligner les parcours de développement sur les objectifs stratégiques de l'organisation.
• Présenter les résultats, les parcours proposés et les recommandations stratégiques aux responsables RH et aux différentes parties prenantes.
• Coordonner les activités du projet, assurer le suivi des jalons, des délais et garantir une communication fluide entre tous les intervenants.
• Apporter un support opérationnel et administratif au projet (planification des réunions, formalisation de la documentation, reporting d'avancement).

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Conception et structuration de parcours de développement RH / Leadership à l'échelle d'un grand groupe international.
• Conduite de projets RH transverses et gestion de la relation avec des parties prenantes clés.
• Analyse comparative stratégique, gestion du changement et intégration des outils d'intelligence artificielle dans les processus RH.

Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure :

Vous êtes actuellement en Master 1 ou Master 2 (Bac+4 / Bac+5) en École de Commerce, Ressources Humaines ou un domaine équivalent.

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :

- Compétences techniques :

• Gestion de projet RH et gestion du changement
• Solide esprit d'analyse et capacité de synthèse
• Maîtrise des outils d'Intelligence Artificielle appliqués aux méthodes de travail
• Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale

Your mission :

An internship opportunity titled : « Internship - Leadership & Management HR Center of Expertise - Development Pathways (m/f) » has just opened at Airbus located in Toulouse - Blagnac. You will join the "Human Resources" department in charge of developing comprehensive leadership and management development pathways for managers at all levels: first-line managers, senior managers, and executives.

Your internship will consist in: conducting benchmarks and research on leadership trends, engaging with HR stakeholders, and coordinating projects to build robust development pathways across the organization.

Ideally, this is a 6 months internship and it should start in January 2027 (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of :

• Research and benchmark analysis: conduct in-depth research on best practices and trends in leadership and management development, and benchmark industry standards for first-line, senior, and executive management.
• Stakeholder engagement and collaboration: engage with key stakeholders, including HR business partners, align development pathways with organizational goals, and present findings and recommendations to HR leadership.
• Project coordination and support: coordinate project activities, manage timelines, ensure transparent communication among stakeholders, schedule meetings, prepare documentation, and track program progress.

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

• Strategic HR benchmarking and competency modeling across executive and management tiers
• Cross-functional stakeholder management, strategic communication, and executive presentation
• End-to-end project management, governance tracking, and change enablement in an international context

Your Boarding Pass:

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+4/5 in Business School, Human Resources (or equivalent).

You possess the following competences:
