Responsibilities
- Oversee the flow in the service Drive Lane.
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that help the dealership make a positive impression.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to ensure the customer does not get mishandled
- Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' times is consistently presented to service customers.
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently
Must Have Qualifications
- Organized and friendly personality
- Minimum 2+ years of prior experience as a Service Advisor/Writer
- Demonstrated ability to manage others
- Time management skills
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record
